This old one storey house is located in the lovely area of Burgas! The village is 10 km far from the town of Karnobat famous with its vine yards and the production of wine. The area is very well developed and gives a lot of opportunities for starting your own business. The nearest International Airport is the one in Bourgas which is about 50 km away.

The house has 4 rooms spreading over 80 sq m of living area. The toilet is outside but we have a team of local workers that will install one for you. Electricity and water are provided.
