This chalet is situated in one of the most magnificent places near the town of Sofia – a beautiful village sheltered among the hills of the Stara Planina Mountain.

The distance from Bulgaria’s capital is no more than 30 km and could be passed lightly by car for about half an hour. The area is extremely calm, ecologically clear and beautiful. You could enjoy the breathtaking views! The big river Iskar passes through the village. The train that passes the defile reaches the cities of Pleven, Gorna Orayhovitza, Shumen and Varna.

Near the chalet could be seen deers and wild rabbits. The nature is unspoiled. Unfortunately to get to the area is preferable to have a 4x4 car.

The chalet goes with 700 sq m garden which is separated into one glade and five terraces used for growing strawberry and potatoes. The place has electricity but has’n its own water supplies. There are no additional buildings. The whole place is surrounded by wire–netting. The place is perfect for relaxation and recreation. Moreover there is full coverage of the local mobile providers.
