The complex of houses offers 87 houses of two types – town houses and luxury villas with their own built up infrastructure.
Monte Verde resort will be situated in Aksakovo municipality, which borders with 7 municipalities in Varna’s district – Beloslav, Devnya, Suvorovo, Valchi dol, Dobrich, Balchik and Varna. - the ‘Batova’ area being a forest massif gives incredible natural views. There are several rest-houses there. Every year in the same area, there are organized competitions in singing and dancing, which gather people from the whole district;
- natural park ‘Pobiti kamani’ – it is a protected area because of its incredible natural phonomena – the famous stone pillars. They are either hollow or thick, up to 10 m. high, in the form of cylinders, frustrum of a cone and others; as well as big stone blocks and lots of stone bits spread all over the park;
- the neighbour villages Dolishte, Oreshak, Kumanovo and General Kantardgievo develop hunting tourism.
