Cosy and spacious two storey house is situated in the rural countryside of Razgrad. The village is big with around 3730 inhabitants; shops, cafes, school, medical service and regular transport. The village is 60 km far from Ruse and the river Danube and 140 km west from Varna International Airport. It takes about two hours driving to get to the sea and half of the way is a highway. The area is popular with good conditions for fishing, hunting, riding and tourism. Soon it will become a preferable place for golf playing on the new building golf-course a few kilometers away from Razgrad.

The house we offer you is in good condition and needs only slight refreshment. It has five middle size rooms and big garden of 2000 sq m. Many additional structures go in the property offers nice view. The toilet is outside but inner one could be built by our local team or workers.
