We offer you a well maintained house roughly 50 km from Varna, Shoumen and Dobrich.

The village was established as a Roman fortress. It is one of the richest areas for artefacts. The village itself is well organized with about 250 permanent residents.

The house has one floor and a basement. The ground floor comprises a basement and a bathroom/WC. The first floor consists of three rooms. There is an extension to the main building with two more rooms.

The total living area of the house is 120 sq m. There are also several farm buildings. Most of the walls are made of stone therefore the construction is extra solid. Still the house needs some renovation work. The yard is 3700 sq m planted with fruit trees and vines. There is also a well which could be used for irrigation of the garden.
