This is a traditional rural house situated in Karnobat area about 60 km from the seaside. The house is two storey with five rooms spreading over 80 sq m living area. On the first floor there are two rooms – a kitchen and a living room. External staircase leads to the upper floor with three bedrooms. The property is supplied with electricity and water. The toilet is outside. The building requires slight repairs as well as building inner bathroom and toilet.

Next to the house there are farm structures and the garden spreads over 3000 sq m. The property is easy accessible.

The village lies at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain close to a big lake. The area is good for fishing and hunting. It is also a famous wine producing region.
