Well maintained house with six room and huge 2000 sq m garden lies in a peaceful village at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain close to the town of Karnobat and about 60 km far from the sea. The house is currently inhabited in good condition and doesn’t need any main repairs. Perhaps some little refreshment would be enough. The total living area of the building provides is 80 sq m. no inner bathroom and toilet are available but only external ones. The whole property is surrounded by a fence and includes additional farm buildings as well. Thanks to its location at the end of the village the house provides peace and privacy.
Furthermore the village lies in good fishing and hunting area favourable for relaxation. The region is constantly developing because of the new building highway to Burgas and Sofia.
