• Fourth installment – 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received

Plan 2 - % discount subject to agreement

• First installment - 90 % of the asking price when signing of the Preliminary contract
• Second installment - 10 % of the asking price on signing the notary deeds or when Act 15 is received
