The area of the complex is fenced with a fence and the access is limited to the owners and their guests.

IN CASE OF ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT, SUPPLIED, AT WISH OF THE CUSTOMER, ARE:

• Air. conditioning: independent air condition split - installations /hot - cold/ for each premises;
• Kitchen equipment and furniture - sinks, mixture batteries, cupboards, absorbents, cookers, refrigerators, etc.;.
• Furnishing of kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms;
• Security contract with licensed СОТ /Signal-Security Equipment/ company;
• Cable TV contract.

NOTE: In case of purchase of residence, an annual fee is agreed for subscription servicing of genera parts of the complex, swimming pool, 24 hour security. The areas include the common parts;

EXEMPLARY PAYMENT PLAN:

• 1 000 Euros - reservation for 20 days fee (non - refundable).
• 30 % - (- reservation fee) - preliminary contract.
• 40% - 3 months after signing of a preliminary contract.
• 20% - 6 months after signing of a preliminary contract.
• 10% - on signing the Notary deed.
