The Developer will provide on-site management to ensure the maintenance of high standards and there will be a rental management package to allow customers to benefit from rental income. The rental service will also offer properties for sale and this will assist with secondary market, i.e. re-sales, as happy visitors may wish to purchase.

Maintenance (service)charges for the apartment owners are estimated to be around 6 Euros per sq m per year. Separate maintenance agreements will be signed with all owners upon completion.
