The complex is being built up in the northern part of Primorsko, about 100 m from the beach. It is in the newly built up area of Primorsko where new apartment buildings and hotels are being built up. Primorsko is situated on a picturesque peninsula between the beautiful Stamopolu Bay and Diavolski Bay. It is some 50 km south of Burgas. The climate is transitional from continental to subtropical with minimal rain in summer. Average July temperature is 27oC but frequently is 30-33oC. Sea water in summer is warm, calm and clean, avg. temperature 25-26oC. The bottom of the sea is even, sandy. Sunny weather is prevailing in the period April-October. Unique combination of sea and oak and beech forest.
