It has been our vision to create an exquisite residence situated at 1700 meters above sea level, in a very tranquil, yet convenient location, delivered to the highest degree of built quality, whilst trying to minimize the negative impact on the environment. Our design team has worked tirelessly in achieving its particular aim of blending the development with its surroundings by using a wide range of natural materials and minimal de-forestation. In fact, for every tree that has to be removed we intend to plant two new ones within the boundaries of the development. All properties are within a single ‘U' shaped, split level block. There are three main types of properties - studios, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments. All will be sold fully completed including fixed furniture (kitchen/ bathroom), flooring, electrics, etc. Additional furniture is an optional extra. Access is via two separate entrances with two stair cores and two lifts. By the main entrance there is a concierge and a spacious meeting area. The restaurant is designed to sit minimum of 80 people at any one time and will also be operating a round the clock room service. In the spa centre there is a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym, showers/lockers and a treatment area. There are also areas designated for ski / snowboard / boots storage. Due to the local climate and the greater temperature variations than in the UK, Bulgarian Building Regulations tend to be more rigorous than the Building Regs here in particular of noise and thermal insulation.
