The house is located in a small village about 38 km away from the town of Vratsa, 15 km from Krivodol, and less than a kilometer from the beautiful Gradesh Monastery! It is situated in the very center of the village, 20 m away from the main square and the Town Hall.

The house is two-storied (ground floor, a second floor and an attic). The ground floor has its own entrance separate from the rest.  The building consists of eight rooms + internal bathroom, kitchen with glazing, a terrace with access to the second floor and a large basement with a wine cellar. Adjacent to the house there is a large garage.

The property has a huge yard - 2150 sq m. In it, there is another old house, total of 10 farm buildings for cattle, a variety of orchards, vineyards and other plants. There is a fence around the whole plot.

The house was not used for about 10 years, needs cleaning, and refreshment.
