The house is situated in north-eastern Bulgaria, about 37 km from Silistra. The village lies in an ecologically clean area, away from the dirty air, viruses, etc. It is at 40 km from the Danube river and 100 km from the sea. The place is ideal for a summer vacation and rural tourism.

The house is furnished, clean and tidy. Electricity and water are supplied. The house is supported with 2 huge wooden columns each with diameter of 80 cm. The foundations are made of thick stone. The rest of the structure are cherry beams - 8 meters each. Overall, structurally solid the house needs renovation before you could move in.

There is a possibility to build an internal bathroom. Currently the house consists of three rooms. It is sold furnished and with some electrical appliances including a fridge.

In the yard there are several farm buildings, vines and fruit trees. The total size of the parcel is 4000 sq m.
