This is a lovely house in а beautiful and peacefulvillage near the town of Silistra (36km) and very close to the Danube River(6km) and is 160km (approx 2hrs drive) North from Varna Airport. There's a food/coffee shop literary across the road andthe house is within walking distance to the post office and the bus stop. There are also other 6 food shops and 4 cafes in the village so you can never run out of necessities. There's a real sense of community here and the people are very friendly. The Danube River is very close and there are several big ponds near by great for fishing. There's also a school, a nursery school, a pharmacy and there are two GPs/doctors based in the village .The total living area is 75 m2. The house has a huge garden 3,000 m2 approx.
