The house is located in a small and quiet village at the foot of the Balkan Mountains. It is set in a picturesque hilly area, near two small reservoirs, in an hour's drive from Sofia (90 km) via Hemus highway.

The house is two-storey, solid, brick construction, built in 1989. It stands on an asphalt road and has the following distribution inside:

• First floor - kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom / toilet (together);
• Second floor - two bedrooms and a large terrace.
