This splendid countryside property is situated at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain, in Stara Zagora district.

The village lies 20 km from the town of Kazanlak, 18 km from the town of Stara Zagora and in close vicinity from the Thracian Tombs. The property occupies an area of 850 sq m. The living area of the house is 130 sq m, distributed on two floors. The house is facing north and south. It is brick built, with three concrete plates.
