The house is situated in a small and quiet village in north-western Bulgaria. The village belongs to the municipality of Kula, Vidin district. It is very close to the border with Serbia and only 8 km from the town of Kula. The distance to the district center Vidin is 40 km.
 
The house is located in a very nice and quiet place in the village. It is suitable for recreation or for permanent living. Near the village is the large dam of Kula and in the village itself there is another small dam.
 
The building is two storey. On the first floor there is a basement, hallway and 2 rooms. The second floor has 3 rooms. Water is supplied by a well. The road is in good condition.
