The house is new construction, finished in 2009. It has built area of 64 sq m and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen (fridge, oven, washing machine, cooker hood and microwave), and a bathroom with toilet. The house also has a lovely garden and a barbecue measuring 6 x 4 meters with sliding doors.
 
The price includes full furniture and equipment. The living room has a fireplace with central heating for all of the rooms and air conditioning. The window joineries are aluminum, laminate and terracotta floors.
