The house is located in a quiet and peaceful village, just 45 km from the city of Varna and 28 from Dobrich.

The village has all the required amenities and communications, including a kindergarten and several shops. There is regular bus transport and the access is convenient during all seasons.

The house is on two levels. It consists of the following premises:

First level - corridor, a living room of 25 square meters, plus a mini kitchen of 6 square meters. Second level - corridor, a bedroom of 16 square meters, plus a closet of 8 square meters, a bedroom of 16 square meters, a kitchen of 15 square meters, another bathroom.

Between the two levels there is a glazed entrance hall, and there is an attic above the second level. There is also a 15-meter garage and many additional buildings.
