We bring to your attention this amazing house with a large yard located in southeastern Bulgaria.

The house has a total living area of 110 sq m and has a huge yard of well over 5000 sq m. The house was built in 2016, according to an individual project. It has Act 16, sold furnished and equipped – ready to move in. The building is very high-quality construction – Winenberger bricks with thermal insulation (half a meter wall thickness), high ceilings, authentic German Rehau windows. The house is equipped with a fireplace with a water jacket connected to the local heating.
