To reserve a property in this development a deposit of 1000 eur is required.

Payment plan:

The clients can choose between three kinds of payment plans .

1st option - Payment plan of 3 instalments . The apartment can be used after 30th of June , year 2010 . The compulsory fees are - 1000 eur for issuance and preparance of notary documents , 105 eur - advanced payment of water & electricity , 240 eur - opening of electricity account , 480 eur - maintenance fee .

2nd option - Payment plan of 12 instalments , payable every month for one year . The apartments bought with such a payment scheme will be used after 30th of June , year 2010 , paying all of the compulsory fees . They are 1000 eur - issuance and prepareance of notary documents , 240 eur opening of electricity account , 105 eur advanced payment of water and electricity , 480 eur annual maintenance fee . The reservation fee is deductable from the 5th instalment . The final 3 instalments are payable only in cash .

3rd option - Payment plan of 8th instalments , payable every two months for two years . Furniture pack obligatory has to be bought for this payment plan . The aapartmets can be used after the date 30th of June , year 2010 , the second instalment and payment of the compulsory fees . For this payment plan they are 1000 eur - issuance and preparance of notary documents , 240 eur opening of electricity account , 105 eur advanced payment of water and electricity , 480 eur annual maintenance fee .
