The residential complex is located between the northern part of Sunny Beach and the village of St.Vlas, very close to the ancient town of Nessebar. The site is 38 km away from Bourgas, the forth largest Bulgarian city and only 30 km from the international airport in Sarafovo. The complex is spread on an area of 9638.79 m2.
