Payment plans:

I. Standard plan:

• Reservation fee - 1000 euros
  
• 1-st installment - 50% payable up to 1 month after reservation; signing preliminary contract.
  
• 2-nd installment - 30% payable up to 2 months after the 1-st installment.
  
• 3-rd installment - 20% payable up to 2 months after the 2-nd installment; title deed issue.

II. Plan "Bonus" - 5% discount:

• Reservation fee - 1000 euros
  
• 1-st installment - 90% payable up to 1 month after reservation; signing preliminary contract.
  
• 2-nd installment - 10% payable upon the issue of Akt.15; title deed issue.

The managing company takes care of the reception and maintenance of the building and its area. For convenience of the new owners, the complex offers rental management.
